We have over 800 digital ISDN telephone lines. Our Call Center is based on AVAYA telecom server (S8700 Media Server). Continuity is ensured by redundant server solution and power supply from the bilateral tiered security system.
 

We have sophisticated software, such as the system of advanced reporting and surveillance (CMS), allowing managers to manage calls as well as hearing selected conversations out. This also allows our customers for monitoring the effectiveness of their marketing activities.
 

We also have the following systems and applications:
 

• Predictive dialing - the largest in the industry for 340 workstations
• ACD - automatic distribution of incoming calls
• CALL BACK - a system that supports call-back
• CLI – system initiating calls
• CTI TAPI - the integration of telephone infrastructure systems
• IVR - interactive voice response
• PWJiE - monitoring of quality and efficiency
• Systems for automatic fax sending
• TELBAZA - billing software
