History


PCM was set up in 1994 as one of the first direct marketing companies on the Polish market. We started by creating and selling marketing databases. As the market for direct marketing services was growing we kept adding new services.

The period between 1996-2000 saw a rapid development of direct mail. In 1998, we created 60 telemarketing workstations.

In 2005, we opened a new branch in Warsaw. At the same time we expanded the telemarketing department to 600 workstations, thereby becoming making it one of the largest call centers in Poland.

Two years later, on January 2, 2007 we opened a third branch in Lublin. The new office created 120 work places. Our database resources continue to grow systematically in the meantime.

2008 was a milestone in our financial revenue. PCM continues to develop dynamically through the introduction of new services and innovative technologies.

In 2009 we initiated the "Friends of the Customer" project and launched a new service – outsourced customer service. We also expanded our database potential to the total of 10 million records. Our offer has been improved by adding advanced systems for electronic mailings.
